Christa Brook Policies Payment Options
Christa Brook accepts Discover, American Express, VISA, MasterCard credit cards and PayPal. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Cancelling Orders
Most orders you place on ChristaBrook.com enter the shipping process fast so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped you can cancel the order by phone at 301-543-8989 or info@christabrook.com.
If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow the return merchandise policy and procedures.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any item, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full product refund or an exchange.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
How To Prepare A Return
Package Your Return - Include all original packaging and safely package items to avoid any damage.
Ship and Insure Your Package - You, the buyer, are responsible for shipping costs on all return goods unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any shipping service. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and maintain a tracking number or return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Christa Brook.*
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Christa Brook.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

International Orders
International Customers - Please read carefully, as the shipping, return, fees and other order polices may differ for International orders from the U.S. orders. All policies pertaining to International orders are listed below.
International Shipping Policy
Please be aware that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Christa Brook does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges. Christa Brook is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Christa Brook issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
The shipping times for International orders will vary by country. Christa Brook cannot guarantee delivery dates on International Orders.
International Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges for all International orders, so please review your order carefully. If you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Service.
International Order Validation
If you are attempting to place an International order and your order will not process, please verify your billing, shipping and credit card information. We are only able to accept International Orders where the shipping address and billing information are from the same country. Please do not contact Christa Brook to process your international order - we cannot bypass the website security protocols under any circumstance. If your order is being rejected, please make sure you are shipping to the same country that is associated with your billing information.
